2. The company provides paid instrument maintenance services all year round.

(1) Basic process: testing instrument condition - offer quotation plan - customer accepts quotation - provide maintenance service.

(2) Maintenance method:

A. Field Repair

For larger instruments (such as Japan's Mitutoyo three coordinates), the maintenance engineer can bring tools to the customer's site to check the instrument condition and provide maintenance.

B. Mail Repair

For smaller instruments, the customer sends the instrument to our company, and the maintenance engineer checks the instrument condition and provides maintenance.
